Menu Plan Monday

As the old saying goes, those who fail to plan are planning to fail.  I know I'm guilty of coming home from work and wondering what I can fix for dinner without going to the store.  All too often, that means convenience wins out over health.  I also fall into major cooking ruts and seem to make the same meals over and over.  To help out, we will post five dinner recipes every week along with the nutritional info for each meal.  Use the recipes to make your grocery list for next week.  Pay close attention to portion sizes and bring leftovers for lunch.  Please note that these recipes may not be suitable for every diet plan.
