Have you registered to be a part of Kansas City’s largest Race? Join us Sunday, August 14th at Union Station for the 18th Annual Susan G. Komen Kansas City Race for the Cure. The cost to attend is $25 for non-competitive runners/walkers and $30 for competitive participants. All adults registered to participate will receive a commemorative Race t-shirt. Opportunities are available for individuals and teams. Click here to register.
Unable to attend? You can still help!
If you can't join us on Race day, register for Sleep In for the Cure® or “Pink in the Pew”. These options allow you to register and raise pledges, in support of the Greater Kansas City Affiliate, without having to attend the actual Race. This is the perfect solution for those who are planning to be out of town or those who are attending religious service on the morning of Race.
Want to help?
Volunteers, we need your help as well. Last year, individuals from all walks of life volunteered their time and talents before, during and after the Race to ensure its success. Volunteers are needed to help with t-shirt pick-up, recycling, water stations, cheering on our participants, and so much more.
Your race participation will help us raise money for local organizations that provide education, screening, and treatment of breast cancer in our community. With live music along the route, games for kids, team contests, and plenty of exhibitor giveaways, you won’t want this year’s Race. Don’t delay, register today.
