Lunch Idea - Wraps

Besides adventure and variety, there is also the convenience factor: wraps are a complete and flavorful meal that can be held in one hand or rolled up in foil and stuffed in a lunch bag.
Wraps are a also great way to use up leftovers. All those little containers of leftovers that aren't enough for another meal suddenly become a satisfying lunch when layered in flatbread or a tortilla and drizzled with a bit of sauce.  A couple of ideas:

Spread hummus on a whole wheat tortilla.  Layer with spinach leaves (or any leafy green) and deli meat.

Spread whipped or reduced fat cream cheese on a tortilla. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and cheese.  Fill with your choice of beans, chicken or beef.   Roll up and dip in salsa.

Make a breakfast wrap with some scrambled eggs, cheese and fresh herbs.

The possibilities are endless!
