Who wants to go tubing?? Amy and Kellee recently experienced Snow Creek’s Tornado Alley and had a blast. We thought it would be fun to get a group together and go play in the snow. The cost is $20 per person for two hours of tubing. Tube rental is included in the price. There is a 15 person minimum to secure the group rate, so let us know if you would be interested. If enough people are on board, we will choose a date and send out more details. There is no age minimum, so kids are welcome! So, who is in? Let us know at eciwellness@excelconstructors.com.
Remember when you were a kid? Do you remember long days of play outdoors - both summer and winter! Great for body and soul! Do you still see that today? My guess would be - No, you don't. Both children and adults lead much more sedentary lifestyles today... Long hours at work & school, TV, video games, computers... The evidence is there... or should I say - the evidence is in our waistlines and in our attitudes! Overweight & stress - not a good combination! Inactive pastimes are hurting both our health and our state of mind. It's time to turn off the TV, the computer, the video games!
